Energy Minister discusses with UAE ambassador boosting investment partnerships
Minister of Energy and Petroleum Eng. Mohamed Abdallah Mahmoud has discussed with the Ambassador of United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hamad Al Junaibi, ways and means of boosting investment partnerships between the two countries.
The Minister valued the stand of the UAE beside Sudan in the circumstances it is going through.
He called on UAE investors to enter into investments with large capitals and to take advantage of the capabilities that exist in Sudan in all fields of energy, especially alternative energies.
He stressed that Sudan is looking forward to such strategic partnerships with the brothers that boost the country’s economy.
For his part, the ambassador affirmed the capabilities of the UAE public and private sectors and their desire to move towards Sudan and establishing partnerships.
Meanwhile, the UAE Ambassador presented an invitation to the minister to attend Abu Dhabi Petroleum Conference and Exhibition for the year 2022.
