Performance of Ministry of Youth and Sports discussed
The Social and Cultural Development Sector of the Council of Ministers discussed in its meeting chaired by Mahmoud Siral-Khatim Al-Houri, acting Minister of Education, the performance report of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the year 2022.
The report referred to the efforts of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to promote youth and sports activities, contribute to community development and promote a culture of peace, unity and national consensus, in addition to the ministry’s contribution to reducing unemployment rates and providing new job opportunities, especially for youth and women.
The sector stressed the need to create an enabling environment for young people to engage in community, economic and political work, as well as paying attention to youth initiatives in entrepreneurship and innovation.
