Sudanese army announces the killing of 20 members of the RSF in a qualitative operation in Omdurman
Sudanese Armed Forces announced,Today, Saturday, “the implementation of an operation in Omdurman, which resulted in the killing of 20 members of the Rapid Support Forces.”
The Sudanese Armed Forces said, in a statement, through its Facebook account, that “the Special Action Forces carried out a qualitative operation in Omdurman, which resulted in the killing of a number of rebels and the destruction of a number of combat vehicles.”
A spokesman for the Sudanese Armed Forces, Brigadier General Nabil Abdullah, said that the army continues combing operations against the “rebels” in Khartoum, Bahri and Omdurman.
Since April 15, violent and large-scale clashes have been taking place between the Sudanese army forces and the rebel Rapid Support Forces, in separate areas of Sudan, most of which were concentrated in the capital, Khartoum, leaving hundreds dead and wounded.
