Al-Burhan is on an internal tour in northern Sudan

The President of the Sovereignty Council, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, visited the city of Dongola (north of the country), after visiting the city of Atbara in the Nile River State, which includes the Artillery Command.

He also visited the Arqin border crossing with Egypt and held a security meeting there with the Northern State Security Committee to review the situation there.

Al-Burhan called on the state government to quickly address the problems at the crossing to facilitate the crossing of commercial vehicles in both directions, stressing the need to address the problem of goods accumulation at the crossing in coordination with the relevant authorities.
