The largest attack on Israel…the areas targeted by Operation ”Al-Aqsa Flood”
The most prominent points targeted by the Qassam Brigades included Sderot, Zikim, Netivot, Kissufim, Deir al-Balah, Khan Yunis, and Eshkol.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), also targeted several other Israeli cities with their rockets, including Tel Aviv, Lod, Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Jerusalem.
It is also expected that this operation will be followed by other targets, and that all these areas will be part of a large operation, and that the Israeli army, although it has called for full reserve, remains unqualified for confrontation.
On the other hand, field sources indicated that the Israeli bombing is continuing in all areas of Gaza, as the sound of successive explosions is heard in the eastern region of the Strip, as well as air strikes targeting government sites, while rockets continue to be launched from the Gaza Strip towards the Israeli areas, and the rockets vary in their heights. Its range, which means that it reaches different areas within Israeli territory.
It is noteworthy that the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation was launched by the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip against Israel at dawn on Saturday, October 7, and included a land, sea and air attack, and the infiltration of the resistance into several settlements around the Gaza Strip.
The operation was announced by the Chief of Staff of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Muhammad al-Deif, and was considered the largest attack on Israel in decades.
