Minister for Foreign Affairs in charge receives the Ambassador of the Republic of Vietnam

The Minister for Foreign Affairs in Charge received Ambassador Ali Sadik Ali, Ambassador Nguyen Hui Dong, who handed him a copy of his credentials as Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Sudan residing in Cairo.

The Minister welcomed the Vietnamese Ambassador, stressing the strong relations between the two countries and the possibility of developing an economic partnership in agriculture and agro-manufacturing between the two countries based on their large natural resources, and explaining to the Ambassador that he would find the necessary cooperation from State officials to enable him to perform his duties.

For his part, the Vietnamese Ambassador expressed his pleasure at working in the Sudan, stressing that he would spare no effort to develop relations by focusing on economic relations and opening common markets in the two countries.
