Clashes in Kordofan and reinforcements from the RSF crossing the state towards Khartoum
After fighting the Sudanese army, military sources with the Rapid Support Forces told that they had taken control of the city of Wad-ashana in the North Kordofan state on Sunday morning. However, a source with the Sudanese army denied the reports, emphasizing that the city is still under their control.
According to the same sources, a force of their soldiers riding a convoy of 70 military vehicles entered the city this morning at dawn and forced a force from the 18th Brigade of the Sudanese army to withdraw and return to the city of Kosti in the White Nile State, from which they had arrived on Saturday.

On the other hand, sources in the South Kordofan government said that large military reinforcements from the Rapid Support Forces crossed the city of Al-Dibaibat in South Kordofan state yesterday, Saturday, on their way to Khartoum coming from West Kordofan.
