Court decision to seize assets of Tarco Aviation

Khartoum Commercial Court issued an order to seize the business names of Tarco Aviation, Tarco Aircraft Maintenance Center, and Tarco Ground Handling Services Center.

The court also addressed the civil aviation authorities to seize all assets, privileges and licenses granted to Tarco Aviation and these centers, and prevented the court from taking any measures or procedures or disposing of work names, assets, licenses and exemptions until the application is resolved.

It also directed the appointment of a judicial guard until hearing the evidence submitted against them and the court’s decision based on case 38/2018.
