Eritrean President: The ongoing initiatives are “political bazaars” in which Eritrea cannot participate
A Sudanese delegation headed by the Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, discussed with Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki the proposed initiatives to solve the crisis in Sudan.
Afwerki said that what is happening in Sudan is an internal matter, and external interference will complicate matters more.
The Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, said in a tweet on Twitter that he gave the Eritrean president an explanation about the situation in Sudan, after the rebellion of the Rapid Support Forces, and the consequences of the war and the human suffering facing the Sudanese.
Agar quoted Afwerki as saying that the current initiatives are political bazaars in which Eritrea cannot participate, and that what is happening in Sudan is an internal matter for the Sudanese, and that external interference will complicate matters.
