General Secretariat of Cabinet, Open University of Sudan Sign MOU
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Open University of the Sudan signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) within the framework of the cooperation between the higher education institutions and the General Secretariat of the cabinet.
The MoU was signed by Director of the Department of Administrative Development, Abdelaziz Karar, and Vice-Chancellor of the Open University of the Sudan, Prof. Abdul- Khalek Fadel Rahemtallah.
Following the signing of the MOU, the acting Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Osman Hussein Osman, met the delegation of the Open University of the Sudan, stressing the importance of activating joint cooperation between the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Open University of the Sudan in all available fields that would train and upgrade human resources and develop executive performance and support decision-making.
