Jamal Abdul Majeed presents his credentials as Ambassador of South Sudan
His Excellency Ambassador Jamal Abdulmajid, Ambassador of the Sudan to the Republic of South Sudan, presented his credentials to His Excellency President Salvaker Mayardette during the ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in the capital, Juba.
His sovereignty conveyed the compliments of the President of the Sovereign Council, General Abdul Fatah al-Burhan, and his wishes to the State and people of South Sudan for further progress and prosperity.
For his part, His Excellency the President of the Republic of South Sudan conveyed his compliments to the President of the Sovereign Council and wished the Sudan progress and prosperity. The Ambassador expressed his pleasure and pride at the Sudan’s representation in the Republic of South Sudan and its desire to strengthen bilateral relations and their effectiveness in various areas.
During the meeting, areas of cooperation between the two States were reviewed and ways of developing them to meet the interests and aspirations of the two peoples were explored.
