Manawi sponsors the Sudanese people’s aversion to support Qatar at the World Cup

Commander Minni Arko Minawi, the ruler of Darfur, announced his sponsorship of the Sudanese people to support the State of Qatar at the World Cup based on Qatar’s strong relationship with the Sudanese people, which comes under the slogan “All Qatar”.

A letter issued by the Deputy Governor of the Darfur Region, Dr. Mohammed Issa Aliyu, said: “We hope that the initiative will be a message of thanks to our people and brothers in the State of Qatar and that the Sudan will stand by them.

Commander Minni Arko Minawi, Governor of the Darfur Region, expressed the hope that this initiative would be a denial of favour to the State of Qatar, which the Sudan has surrounded and sponsored for Darfur peace and development and financing initiatives in the Darfur region.
