Minister of Animal Resources Meets Delegation of European Union

The Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries Hafiz Ibrahim Abdel-Nabi,met in his office with the independent expert delegated by the European Union to evaluate the Epidemiological Survey of Animal Diseases project funded by the European Union via the IGAD organization, within the framework of the context of organizations and international relations.The meeting discussed aspects of joint cooperation and coordination between his ministry and the European Union in projects funded by the UN and implemented by the ministry, stressing his ministry’s keenness to implement projects that serve the livestock sector.For his part, the independent expert delegated by the European Union clarified the objectives of the mission and the evaluation that will be conducted at the center and states level. The independent expert said that he will pay a visit to the states where the project is being implemented.
