Participation of scientists and specialists in the 7th International Conference on Cotton Research in Cairo
Scientists and specialists from the Cotton Development and Training Organization participated in the 7th International Cotton Research Conference, whose events began in Cairo with the organization of the World Cotton Research Federation and the International Cotton Advisory Committee sponsored by the American Cotton Organization and the University of Texas with the participation of 40 countries.
In a press release, Major General Fatah Rahman Al-Muhhi, President of the Cotton Development and Training Organization, revealed the organization’s participation with more than 11 scientists and specialists in the various fields of cotton from the Agricultural Research Authority, the University of Jazeera and the Ministry of Production and Economic Resources with scientific papers at the conference.
Major General Al-Muhai Police noted the organization’s efforts and its role in supporting participants in coordination with the partners of the owners of Mahallah and companies in order to promote and support the plans and strategies of the organization to develop and protect the cotton crop for its role in promoting the national economy, identifying the latest technologies to raise productivity and exchange information, meeting experts participating in the conference, visiting Egyptian institutes and viewing the Egyptian cotton Exchange.
