President of the Sovereign Council directs the ambassadors of the Sudan to uphold the country’s supreme interests and attention to Sudanese communities
The President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, General Abdul Fatah al-Burhan, reaffirmed the State’s interest in strengthening and developing the Sudan’s foreign relations in the best interests of the Sudan.
During his meeting with Sudan’s ambassadors to take up their duties abroad, Al-Burhan drew attention to the need to strengthen communication with sister and friendly countries and stressed the importance of advancing the supreme interests of the Sudan. Strengthening partnerships and developing cooperation in the economic, commercial, cultural and political fields. The need to give the issues of Sudanese communities abroad the utmost importance.
Ambassador Nader Youssef Al-Tayeb, Ambassador of the Sudan to Turkey, said in a press statement that the ambassadors reaffirmed their commitment to work hard to develop relations with the States and organizations in which they will represent the Sudan.
Ambassadors farewell to carry out their duties abroad are Sudanese ambassadors to Turkey, Belarus, Russia, Senegal and Kenya.
