Resumption of the Kushayb Hague trial by hearing the 31 witnesses

The trial of the accused Ali Abdulrahman Kushayb The Hague is scheduled to resume as the 31 indictment witnesses (P.0916) will testify about alleged attacks by armed rebel groups on Mukjar from July to August 2003, and campaigns launched during February 2004, where males were arrested and detained in Mukjar from August to October 2003.

Abdulrahman and Meliyeh are accused of attacking villages including Kodom and Bindisi, which resulted in the displacement of their civilian citizens to Mukjar and alleged detentions, arrests and executions of male civilian detainees in Mukjar from February to March 2004.
