The President of the Sovereign Council commends young people’s role in the national construction process
The President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, reaffirmed his support for the projects and activities undertaken by Sudanese youth in the areas of voluntary action as the mainstay of the country’s future.
While receiving his office in the Republican Palace, he welcomed the delegation of Step Charity’s General Council to the role of young people in the service of society through philanthropy and volunteerism.
During the meeting, Al-Burhan reviewed the entire activity of the organization Step Charity, particularly its contributions to supporting and developing the country’s health sector.
Mr. Mohammed Al-Hassan, Chairman of the organization’s General Council, stated in a press statement that the objective of the meeting was to honour the President of the Sovereign Council for his support of the convoy that the organization had earlier taken to North Kordofan State, noting that the organization was working to develop its voluntary and charitable activities by activating the role of Sudanese youth to serve society.
