The sounds of artillery shelling echo in Khartoum

Sudan Scoop’s correspondent reported that local sources heard the sounds of artillery shelling in Al-Hizam area, south of the Khartoum. These sources said that successive explosions rang out around the neighborhoods adjacent to the Sudanese army’s armored corps, south of Khartoum.

According to a military source, the army annihilated a Rapid Support group to the east of the airport in Khartoum, causing casualties and material losses. Areas south of Khartoum near Taiba Camp, the Maamoura neighborhood, and the area around the Manshiya Bridge, east of Khartoum, were all attacked with air force, heavy artillery, and marches. Additionally, the army launched attacks against other areas in Khartoum Bahri. from the localities of Al-Nakila, Hillat Hamad, and Halfaya as well as Hillat Koko, Kafouri, Hajj Youssef, Shambat, and Kobar.
