Conclusion of the SLA International Humanitarian Law Workshop
Today, I conclude the workshop on international humanitarian law organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for Sudan Liberation Army (SLA) and Transitional Council (TC) staff.
The movement’s Chairman’s Adviser for Training and Rehabilitation, Mohamed Ibrahim “Jebel C”, who spoke at the closing session of the workshop on behalf of the scholars, thanked and appreciated his movement to the ICRC office in El Fasher for its continued efforts to develop and develop the capabilities of the leaders and members of the movement in order to contribute to the consolidation of peace and stability of the mandate through the implementation of the Juba Peace Agreement.
The Deputy Director of the Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Mohamed Malik Dafallah, said that the organization of the workshop was part of a series of training workshops organized by the state’s International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for officials of the regular forces and forces of parties to the peace process following the signing of the JPeace Agreement in Sud.
They praised their patience and the cooperation of the participants in the workshop, which led to its great success.
The International Humanitarian Law Workshop, which was concluded today and was held for the commanders and members of the staff of the Sudan Liberation Army-Transitional Council Movement, brought together the Chief of Staff, General Saleh Osman Mohamed (Jabal Si), and members of the Movement’s political sector, headed by the Movement’s Chief of Training and Rehabilitation Adviser, Mohamed IIbrahim Saleh.
