Morocco, Ghana and Madagascar joined the Sudan in Group Three with the Shan Championship

The draw for the African Nations Soccer Championship for local players (Shan), which was withdrawn on Saturday night in Algeria, resulted in the Sudanese team falling into Group III beside Morocco, Ghana and Madagascar.

Group I included Algeria, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Libya (playing in Algiers), Group II, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda, Democratic Republic of the Congo (Stadium 19 Mae Panaba), Group IV, Mauritania, Ungola, Mali (Stadium Milod hadi Bouhran) and Group dan.

The tournament will be played from 13 January to 4 February 2023 in Algeria.
