The launch of the Sudan IT Exhibition on the grounds of exhibitions
The events of the Sudan IT Exhibition (SITEX) were launched in its fourth edition at the Biri Exhibition Ground.
Mr. Musa Mahmoud, Minister of Transport, opened the exhibition organized by the Sudanese Company for Free Zones and Markets with the participation of a number of international companies in this area.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Dr. Abdulaleh Fadel Al-Mawalli, Director of the Department of Exhibitions, Conferences, Hotel and Tourism of the Sudanese Company for Free Zones and Markets, explained that the exhibition emphasizes the role of technology in building minds, praising the participation of companies working in the field of technology.
He valued the role of Khartoum State and its support for the company in all locations, noting that the exhibition aims to provide the opportunity to display the latest findings of international companies in the field of information technology, smart devices, accessories and systems.
It has communications, electronics monitoring, protection, early warning, alternative and renewable energy.
The company was working on high-level training courses for university students, higher institutes and companies from the public and private sectors.
For his part, Engineer Abubakar Al-Rowa of the National Information Center praised the company’s efforts and its determination to hold such exhibitions in extremely complex conditions. He also commended the strength of the companies that participated in the exhibition and their eagerness to reverse their products.
Al-Ruwa saluted the successes achieved by Arab teams at the World Cup in Qatar, demanding that the Sudanese Company for Free Zones and Markets organize programmes and screens to watch young people at the end of the Qatar World Cup.
