KSrelief, Patients Helping Fund – Sudan Sign Agreements to Conduct Surgical Operations
The Patients Helping Fund –Sudan, has signed a number of agreements with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief), on sidelines of the 3rd Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum, which was held recently, to carry out charitable health projects in Sudan.
The agreements were signed by King Salman Center’s Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs, Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Beez and Mohamed Al-Hassan Abdul-Rahman, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Patients Helping Fund.
Dr. Omer Awad, the Official of the Arab projects at the Patients Helping Fund in Sudan that the two parties signed agreement on the implementation of three projects, represented in rehabilitating seven dialysis centers, to be distributed in Kassala, White Nile, North, West and South Kordofan States.
The agreements aim to carry out a project to support conducting 135 surgical operations in Sudan, along with a project to establish a station for the production and distribution of medical oxygen to Al-Obeid Specialized Pediatric Hospital.
It is noteworthy that the Fund manages and operates nearly 299 gates to provide health, relief and development services in the various states of Sudan and the average annual beneficiaries of its services are 5,500,000 beneficiaries.
