Animal Resources Minister meets Qatari Ambassador
The Federal Minister of Animal Resources, Hafez Ibrahim Abdel-Nabi, has stressed the importance of animal resources as an important renewable economic resource that contributes to boosting the national economy.
This came when the Minister received in his office the Qatari Ambassador to Khartoum, HE. Mohamed bin Ibrahim Al Sada.
The minister pointed to importance of opening horizons and joint cooperation and coordination between the two countries and benefiting from investment, especially in the field of Sudanese meat exports, calling for the establishment of distinguished economic and trade partnerships with the State of Qatar in various fields of animal resources.
Abdel-Nabi noted that Sudan looks forward for more Qatari investments in the field of animal resources, stressing his ministry’s keenness to open new markets with Qatar and the Arab region, in order to promote and develop animal resources exports.
The Qatari Ambassador, on his part, stressed their keenness to activate and implement the agreements signed between the two countries in the field of animal resources, calling on the Qatari private sector to invest in the respective field and enter into real partnerships through taking advantage of the available opportunities, saying these projects benefit the two countries.
