Minister of Petroleum Meets Indiana Ambassador
The Minister of Petroleum and Gas, Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Mahmoud has expressed Sudan’s desire to benefit from the capabilities and experiences of the State of India in the field of energy, especially the new and renewable energies.
This came during meeting of the minister Minister of Petroleum and Gas in his office with the Indian Ambassador to Sudan, minister Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Mahmoud said that Sudan is looking forward for fruitful cooperation with the State of India in the field of solar energy projects and new energies, especially that the State of India possesses technologies in this field, pointing to the two countries good bilateral relationship.
For his part, the Indian Ambassador indicated the development of joint cooperation between Sudan and India, saying that Sudan represents the depth of Indian-African relations and it plays a major role in developing joint cooperation.
The Indian diplomat, stressed the importance of promoting programs and exchanging experiences in the various fields of energy, meanwhile, the Ambassador delivered an invitation to the Minister of Petroleum and Gas from his Indian counterpart, to attend the Indian Energy Week conference, which will be held next February.
