The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development meets with the Minister of Natural Resources of Belarus

The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) held a coordination meeting with His Excellency the Minister of Natural Resources of Belarus on the margins of the 28 Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, currently held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, the Director-General, Professor Ibrahim Adam Al-Dakhiri, thanked His Excellency Mr. Andre Khodiak for their full cooperation and willingness to cooperate with the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD), as part of the memorandum of understanding signed between AOAD and Belarus on Thursday, 16/11/2023.

The memorandum serves as a road map in cooperation between the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus to organize cooperation in several areas, most notably cooperation in agriculture, food security in the region, agricultural trade, capacity-building, training, rehabilitation and education in agriculture.

The Minister of Natural Resources of Belarus thanked His Excellency the Director-General of the Organization for his great and constructive efforts to serve the agricultural sector in the Arab region in cooperation with Belarus and expressed their full willingness to activate this memorandum in all areas mentioned.
