The World Media Congress kicks off in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday with broad international participation
The first session of the World Media Congress will begin on Tuesday, 15-17 November, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi, under the dignified patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Office of the Presidency, and a partnership between ADNNIK and UWAM.
The Conference’s events enjoy international participation and a large global presence of leaders, intellectuals, experts and media professionals from various countries around the world.
The United Arab Emirates as a global incubator and an active platform for diverse media sectors is characterized by the integration of infrastructure.
The World Media Congress, held in Abu Dhabi for the first time, provides media organizations with various opportunities to discuss partnerships and cooperation.
The UAE borders from the south and east of Saudi Arabia, and the north of the Strait of Hormuz, which links the Arabian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman.
The UAE has diplomatic ties with more than 190 countries, while the number of embassies abroad reaches more than 80.
The events include a conference and exhibition specializing in the media industry, providing opportunities for various media institutions to explore partnerships and ways to cooperate in strengthening mechanisms for the development of cultural and human media aimed at serving humanity, ensuring its happiness and developing societies through sober and credible content.
The World Congress of Information Conference saw the participation of more than 1200 of the world’s media leaders, specialists and influencers representing 6 continents, with more than 30 interactive sessions and a series of workshops involving more than 162 prominent global speakers.
The exhibition attracts more than 170 leading media organizations and companies worldwide representing 29 countries around the world, which are reviewing the latest technologies of the world specializing in these vital sectors.
It also witnesses the organization of a number of accompanying events that take place for the first time in the Middle East region.
