Dr Garaham to participate in meetings of Council of Arab Ministers of Information

Minister of Culture and Information, Dr Garaham Abdel-Gadir will head today to Cairo, Egypt, to partake in meetings of the Arab League’s Council of Arab Ministers of Information.

The Minister will be accompanied by Undersecretary of Ministry of Cuture and Information, Dr Nasr-Eddin Ahmed Mohamed.

Dr Nasr-Eddin said Sudan would hand over the chair of the current (51) session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Information to Egypt during the meetings of the Council which scheduled to begin Tuesday in Cairo.

He added that the meetings would discuss issues of unification of Arab media message for supporting the joint work at regional and international arena as well as a number of issues of mutual concern, top of which are supporting the Palestinian cause and reactivating the Arab Information Strategy 2022-2026 and the Arab Media Map for Sustainable Development 2030.
