International meeting to discuss sustainable solutions for displaced persons and refugees of Khartoum and Juba
A high-level international meeting on sustainable solutions for displaced persons, returnees, refugees and host communities in Sudan and South Sudan will be held tomorrow.
The meeting in Geneva, sponsored by UNHCR, participates in America, Germany, Norway and the European Union.

Sudan’s Foreign Minister in charge of Ali al-Sadik said in a press statement on Tuesday; He will “address his country at the meeting to reverse its efforts in extending and caring for millions of refugees despite its specific resources”.
He indicated that he would talk about the Sudan’s future plans to address the issues of displaced persons and refugees within the framework of the national solutions strategy, which was awaiting approval from the senior authorities, and underscored his country’s commitment to implementing the regional solutions initiative.
