Northern State Setups Plan to fight Drugs

The Acting Wali governor of Northern State and Chairman of The Higher Committee for Combating Drugs in the state Al-Bagir Ahmed Ali affirmed his government great concern with the spread of drugs phenomenon.

He indicated in statement that the spread of drugs have become a dangerous threat for the youth and the future of the country, noting that the higher committee and its subcommittees have prepared comprehensive plan on raising the community awareness on the seriousness of the drugs phenomenon, calling on the state’s all social sectors to cooperate and coordinate with committees in charge for combating the phenomenon, praising police in charge of combating drugs and the role played by the media and Mosque’s Imams for preaching the seriousness of the phenomenonm, stressing that.
