OHCHR organizes a workshop for the United Lawyers’ Group

The National Human Rights Commission organized an interactive workshop on the importance of international human rights standards and the international human rights law system.

The workshop was organized at the request of the United Lawyers’ Group in accordance with the competence of the National Human Rights Commission to train and inform human rights practitioners of the importance and dissemination of human rights culture in accordance with international, regional and local standards and capacity-building.

OHCHR President Dr. Rafat Merghani Abbas Al-Amin said that OHCHR was ready to provide its expertise in human rights and international law, training, upgrading and strengthening capacities and disseminating a human rights culture to all national actors.
