The Chinese Ambassador to the Sudan rejects foreign interference in Sudan’s affairs

The Chinese Ambassador to the Sudan, Mr. Ma Shimin, confirmed his country’s rejection of external interference in the Sudan.

At a press conference held at the embassy premises, he said that the Sudan was a key partner for China and called on all stakeholders in the Sudan to work towards finding common ground, leaving aside differences and stabilizing various areas.

The Chinese Ambassador called on the political parties to prevail over their country’s supreme interest and not to pursue narrow partisan interests, calling on the international community to spend aid and provide financial support to overcome the difficulties facing the Sudan.

China would continue to work constructively to stabilize and provide support and assistance to improve people’s pensions in the Sudan.
