Undersecretary of Foreign Ministry Receives Indian Ambassador
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dafa’alla Al-Haj Ali, received in his office the Ambassador of India to Sudan, B.S. Mubarak.
The Undersecretary expressed his satisfaction with the continuous progress in the cooperation between the two countries, affirming Sudan concern with increasing the training and specialization opportunities for Sudanese in the technical fields, given India’s good reputation and distinguished experience in these fields.
He gave a briefing to the Indian ambassador on the issues of concern to Sudan at the Security Council, requesting India’s support in this regard based on India’s membership in the Security Council in its current session.
The two sides also assured the importance of strengthening further the cooperation and the exchange of support at the international forums by focusing on issues of mutual concern.
On his part, the Ambassador of India praised the continuation of fruitful cooperation between the two countries, and stressed India’s keenness to promote its cooperation with Sudan to an advanced level.
